Quaneuron is a tool that helps teams understand how AI features behave in production by tracking operational metrics like cost, latency, errors, and usage patterns.

Quaneuron is not designed to collect or store your prompts, completions, or raw content. For details, see our Privacy page.

The Service is evolving. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace.
• You may invite other users to your workspace, and you control their access and permissions.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Some or all parts of Quaneuron may be offered as beta, preview, or early access features.

You understand that:

• Features may change, break, or be removed.
• The Service may experience downtime, bugs, or incomplete functionality.
• We do not guarantee availability, performance, or feature stability during beta periods.

You retain ownership of your data.

Quaneuron is designed to collect operational metadata (such as cost estimates, token counts, latency, errors, timestamps, and labels), not your prompts or model outputs.

Our data practices are described in more detail in our Privacy page, which is part of these Terms.

You grant Quaneuron permission to process your data solely to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Improve the product
• Maintain reliability, security, and support

You agree not to:

• Attempt to break, probe, scan, scrape, or overload the Service or infrastructure
• Bypass access controls or access data that is not yours
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

Quaneuron owns the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, except for content and data you provide.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Quaneuron. You may not copy, resell, or republish the Service or its materials without permission.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that we may use them to improve Quaneuron without obligation to you.

You still own your underlying ideas or know-how. This simply gives us permission to build and iterate.

If you use a paid plan:

• You agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
• We may change pricing or plans in the future with reasonable notice.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction.

If you do not pay applicable fees, we may suspend or downgrade your access.

The Service may integrate with or reference third-party services (such as model providers, cloud platforms, or analytics tools).

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quaneuron will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (and if you paid nothing, the limit is $0).

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.

By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
